These terms govern your use of AI Social Post, operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

The service generates draft social media posts — hooks, captions and calls-to-action adapted per platform — from the topics you enter. Drafts are yours to review and edit before posting; you are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of anything you publish.

Your content

You keep ownership of topics you enter and posts generated for you, subject to these terms. Do not use the service to create spam, deceptive promotions, or content that violates the rules of the platform you post on.

Credits and payment

Generation features consume credits sold in packs on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, used credits are not refundable; unused pack credits remain on your account while it is active.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and no engagement or reach outcome is guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
