AI Social Post is operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the service collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

Account information from Google sign-in (name, email address, profile image). The topics, drafts and brand notes you enter, and the social posts generated for you. Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

To generate and save your posts, manage credits and billing, prevent abuse, and improve the service. Text you submit is processed by our AI provider (MuAPI) solely to produce your posts. The service generates drafts for you to copy and publish yourself; it does not access your social media accounts.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: MuAPI (AI generation), Stripe (payments), and Google (sign-in). We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your choices

Your creations are kept in your gallery while your account is active. You may delete creations in the product, and you may request deletion of your account data through the contact options on bookaistudio.com.
